Boot Camp

Boot Camp meets two evenings a week at the YMCA in Harrodsburg. This class combines crunches, sit-ups, jumping jacks, push-ups, hand weights, resistance bands, walking/running drills and some step aerobics. This class is designed to get your heart rate up and shape/tone your muscles.

Measurements are taken the first day of class and the last day of class. Each participant will learn what their individual target heart rate is and how they can take their heart rate.

Each Boot Camp session lasts for eight weeks.
